SUNDAY CLUB RIDES 30TH MARCH

The numbers may be down this week due to the audax in Bristol and it`s mothers day so we only have 3 organised rides this week. If the numbers are high then I`m sure there will be others there who can organise another group.
Dr Bos will take the Fast group to Pontypridd- Hirwaun- Penderyn Moor and back to Maindy. 68 miles with a long drag over the moor. Coffee or ale back in Cardiff after the ride.
Matt will take the Intermediate group to Pontypridd- Abercynon- Hirwaun- Rhigos- Treorchy(coffee)- Tonyrefail- Llantrisant- Maindy. 58 miles 1 climb.
Mark will take the Steady group to Newport- Langstone- Shirenewton- Usk(coffee)- Flood Rd to Caerleon and A48 back to Maindy. 60 miles 1 climb.
