Reg Receives National Award for Volunteering

We are delighted to announce that Reg Pharaoh has received the prestigious Torch Trophy Trust award for volunteering. The awards are nationally based recognising the special efforts of the most dedicated volunteers in sports.
Reg was presented with the trophy, modelled on the 1948 Olympic Torch , by HRH the Princess Royal at a ceremony in London with the President of the Trust Sir Bobby Charlton CBE.
As we all know Reg puts in a huge effort to support the Club and this award recognises that commitment over many years. The citation is on the awards website.
