March 2014 Newport Velodrome Sessions

The track is booked for the following sessions (will be confirmed by Newport by December 31st)

Monday 17 March 8pm – 10pm
Monday 24 March 8pm – 10pm
Monday 31 March 8pm – 10pm

Sessions will cost £10 for Adults and Juniors £5. 

Ajax Track bikes can be hired through the normal channels or you can hire track bikes at the Newport Velodrome.

My understanding is that Track bikes at the Newport Velodrome have fixed Look Keo pedals and cannot be changed by the hirer.

I will take names of people on the following dates

AGM (This Wednesday)
Ajax Xmas Party (on Sunday)
Ajax Club Night (next Wednesday)

I will accept people for 1,2 or 3 sessions. Please confirm which preference you have date wise and order.
I will not be able to guarantee your place immediately as my intention is to try and give everyone who shows interest at least one session at the Newport Velodrome.

All abilities at this stage will be welcome and can be catered for.

If more people show interest during this time than we have places, then it may come to a ballot and reserve lists etc etc.

No money has to be given to secure your place at this time but monies will be required by end of January to confirm sessions (cash or cheques) and your place.

You will have to have a valid club membership for 2014 to attend these sessions.
