Ladies Only Ride – Saturday 19th Sept.

We’ll set off from Maindy at 9:30am. Please arrive a little earlier to sign on.

As usual, we’ll ride at the pace of the slowest and cover a distance of around 25 miles. Coffee, cake, chat guaranteed! ( Can’t promise sun!)

You’ll need:

• a road worthy bike
• a helmet
• spares (i.e. inner tubes, pump, levers)
• a drink and a snack,
• to dress appropriately for the weather
• a rear light is a good idea too.
