Joe Rees Is The New Welsh Junior Circuit Champion
Congratulations to Joe, who was first Welsh Junior at the Aberystwyth Seafront Criteriums & Welsh Criterium Championships on 26 May.
Ryan Watkins also picked up a top ten as 8th junior in the race.
