Club Rides Sunday 8th December

There are 4 groups this week and they are all steady rides so will be suitable for any ability. There are 4 different routes so just choose the one you fancy but please be flexible if the numbers are high in a particular group. All groups are aiming to be back at Maindy for approx. 1pm with the lunch at Rhiwbina starting at 2pm.

The groups will leave Maindy in this order.

1. Graeme will lead from Maindy- Fairwater- Gwern y Steeple- Welsh St Donnats- Aberthin- Cowbridge(coffee)- St Mary Church- Llantrithyd- Bonvilston- Maindy. 45 miles with a couple of lumps.

2. Simon will lead from Maindy- Pentyrch- Groesfaen- Cowbridge- Llandow- Llantwit Major(coffee)- Barry- Wenvoe- Maindy. 45 miles with a couple of lumps.

3. Craig will lead from Maindy- Fairwater- St Fagans- Peterston- Barry- Rhoose- Llantwit Major(coffee)- Barry- Culverhouse Cross- St Fagans- Maindy. 43 miles with a couple of lumps.

4. Martyn will lead from Maindy- Taffs Well- Tonteg- Beddau- Llantrisant Common- Smeulog Woods- Ystradowen- Cowbridge(coffee)- Primrose Hill- Bonvilston- Maindy. 40 miles with a couple of lumps.
