Club Rides – Sunday 7th April

There will be no fast group on Sunday due to the racing.
There is no designated leaisure ride due to no response.

There are 3 designated rides leaving at 9.30am and are all subject to numbers turning up and weather. Can all riders please make sure they have adequate food and drink supplies and spares with them as this has been a problem in weeks gone by. Also IT`S COLD so make sure you dress for the conditions.

Dave Badat will lead a faster middle group ride to Pontypridd- Gelli- Bwlch- Llangeinor- Ewenny(cafe)- coast rd back to Maindy. 65 miles 1 climb with a few lumps.

Martyn Lock will lead an intermediate ride over the same route at a slightly slower pace.

Martyn Stallard will lead a steady group up to Usk(cafe) and back to Maindy. 50 miles and rolling.
