Graeme Boswell will lead the Fast group 1 from Maindy- A48 to Newport- Usk- Llansoy- Devauden- St Arvans- Chepstow(cafe if required)- double flats back to Maindy. 70 miles with 1 climb.

Darren Gill will lead the Faster Middle group 2 from Maindy- Wenvoe- Barry- Rhoose- Llantwit Major- Wick- Merthyr Mawr- Porthcawl(cafe)- Stormy Down- Laleston- Bridgend- Llanharran- Miskin- Groesfaen- Llandaff- Maindy. 65 miles and rolling.

Mark Chichester will lead the Slower Middle group 3 from Maindy- Pontypridd- Porth- Ystrad- Treherbert- Rhigos- Dare Valley(cafe)- Abercwmboi- Pontypridd- Maindy. 60 miles with 1 climb.

Nia James will lead the Steady group 4 from Maindy- Newport Flats- Magor- Chepstow(cafe)- A48 back to Maindy. 65 miles mainly flat.
