Club Rides Sunday 20th October

There are 4 designated rides this week but all are subject to change especially as the forecast is pretty grim.

There is no fast group 1 ride this week.

As the clocks go back next week we thought we would have a last long ride.

MARTYN will lead the fast group 2 from Maindy, double flats to Chepstow, Tintern, Redbrook, Monmouth, Raglan(coffee), Chainbridge, Usk, Caerleon, A48 back to Maindy. 92 miles rolling.

RHYS will lead the intermediate group 1 from Maindy, Tonteg, Llanharran, Pencoed, Ewenny(coffee), lanes back to Maindy. 50 miles rolling.

PETER will lead the intermediate group 2 from Maindy, Newport flats, Caerleon, flood rd to Usk, Chainbridge, Raglan(coffee), Bettws Y Newydd, Usk, Llangybi, Newport, A48 back to Maindy. 65 miles mainly rolling.

SIMON will lead the steady group from Maindy, Llandaff, Peterston, Welsh St Donnats, Pentre Meyrick, Ewenny, Ogmore, A48 to Cowbridge, Llandow, Llantwit Major(coffee), Barry, Wenvoe, Maindy. 55 miles 2 or 3 lumps.

Please make sure that you have adequate food, drink, and spares whichever ride you go on.
