Club Rides – Sunday 1st December

We have 5 designated rides again this week.

Dave Badat will lead the Fast group from Maindy- Newport Flats- Caerleon- Llangybi- Usk- Llangwm- Chepstow(coffee)- A48 to Newport and back to Maindy. 68 miles 1 climb.

Graeme Donnan will lead the Intermediate 1 group from Maindy- Newport Flats- Caerleon- Flood Rd to Usk(coffee)-Llangybi- Newport- A48 to Maindy. 55 miles rolling.

Peter Brice will lead the Intermediate group 2 from Maindy- Pontypridd- Treorchy- Rhigos- Aberdare(coffee)- Pontypridd- Maindy. 60 miles 1 climb.

Martyn Lock will lead the Intermediate group 3 from Maindy- Rumney- Bassaleg- 14 locks- Cwmbran- Sebastopol- Talywaun- Blaenavon- Abersychan- Hafodyrynys- Cwmcarn(coffee)-Risca- Michaelston- St Mellons- Maindy. 62 miles lumpy but scenic.

Bernard Brown will lead the Steady/Beginners group over to Ewenny and back to Maindy. 40 miles mainly flat.
