Club Rides Sunday 17th November

As usual all rides are subject to weather and numbers and could change.

Unless somebody steps up on the day there is no Fast group ride this week.

We have 4 other designated groups.

Simon will lead Intermediate 1- double flats to Caldicot- Shirenewton- Usk(coffee)- Llangybi- Caerleon- A48 back to Maindy. 72 miles 1 climb.

Lisa will lead Intermediate 2- on a mystery trip through the Vale of Glam lanes with a coffee stop at either Cowbridge or Llantwit Major. 50 miles with a few lumps.

Peter will lead Intermediate 3- Pontypridd- Nelson- Ystrad Mynach- Newbridge- Cwmcarn(coffee)- Risca- Rogerstone- A48 to Maindy. 55 miles rolling.

Bernard will lead a Steady group an a 40 mile magical mystery tour. There will be a coffee stop somewhere?????????

Don`t forget, whichever group you`re in, help each other to keep the group together.
