FAST GROUP with GRAEME BOSWELL
Maindy- A48 to Newport – Langstone – Crick – Chepstow – Severn Bridge – Tockington -Alveston – Severn Bridge – Chepstow(cafe if required) – Double flats back to Maindy. 75 miles generally flat.
FASTER MIDDLE GROUP with DAVID BADAT
Maindy – Cilfynydd – Pentrebach – Merthyr – Cefn Coed – Nantddu – Penderyn – Rhigos – Treorchy(cafe) – Penrhys – Ynyshir – Taffs Well – Maindy. 75 miles 3 climbs.
SLOWER MIDDLE GROUP with MARTYN STALLARD
Maindy – Newport Flats – Machen – Nantgarw – Pontypridd – Nelson – Cwmcarn(cafe) – Ynysddu – Caerphilly – Rudry – Castleton – Maindy. 60 miles with a few lumps.
STEADY GROUP with MARK AUSTIN
This group will generally follow the route of the slower middle group with a few less miles.
