Fast (leaving Maindy at 9:15am) – Ponty, Maerdy, Aberdare, Rhigos, Porth, Trebanog, Llantrisant Road. 60 miles, three climbs.

Slow: Cardiff – Llantrisant – Tonyrefail – Blackmill – Bryncethin Common- Pencoed – Talbot Green- Cowbridge – Cardiff (Approximately 50 Miles)

Medium: Cardiff – Llantrisant – Pencoed – Bryncethin common- LLangeinor Mountain – Bridgeend – Ewenny – Cardiff via A48 or Coast road (Approx 75 Miles)
