Club Ride – Sunday 6th May

Here are routes for Sunday:

Martyn Stallard will be taking the steady route:

Maindy – Newport flats – Caerleon – Usk (cafe stop) – Newport – Machen – Caerphilly – Taffs Well – Maindy 55 miles

Martyn Lock will be taking out the medium group:

Maindy, Llandaff, Groesfaen, Smeulog Woods, Gilfach, Glynogwr, Blackmill, Coity, Coychurch, Pencoed, Ruthin, Pentre Meyrick, Cowbridge(cafe), Bonvilston, Ely, Maindy. 48 miles. For riders who don`t know this route there are no long hard climbs but there are 6 or more pulls on the way to Cowbridge that are not easy. However no-one will be dropped and we will ALWAYS re-group.

Fast group will be lead by myself

Maindy – Newport(flats) – Cheptow(flats) – Usk – maindy approx (75miles)
