Club Ride – Sunday 27th November

The proposed cafe stop for this weekend’s Sunday ride is at Chepstow Garden Center. Group 1 will be lead by Brian Greenfield and Rhys Williams. Group 2 will be lead by Mark Austin and Liz WebbGroup 3 led by Dave Med.

Please ensure you carry adequate spares and appropriate clothing. Enjoy the ride!

The suggested routes are as follows –

Group 1

Maindy-Cardiff Flats-Newport SDR-Newport Flats-Magor-Chepstow Garden Centre for coffee/cake-back along Chepstow road – suggest we ride it at a slightly faster pace because it is flat for 80% of the way and the climbs are short and not steep.

Group 2

Maindy-Cardiff Flats-Newport SDR-Newport Flats-Magor-Chepstow Garden Centre for coffee/cake-back along Chepstow road. 50 miles at easy pace. Approx 4hrs with stop.

Group 3

Maindy-flats-Newport-A48-Chepstow-Wye Valley-Monmouth-Raglan-Usk-back. Cafe stop outside Monmouth (Mitchel Troy). Approx 80 miles
