The suggested routes are as follows –

A48 – Wentwood – Usk – Caerleon – A48. Approx 55 miles.

Middle Group – Led by Graeme Donnan and Rhys Williams.

Maindy-Merthyr-Penderym-Rhigos-Pontypridd-Maindy. Approx 75 miles.

Beginners’ Group – Led by Mark Austin.

Maindy – Mountain Ash – Aberdare – Ynys-Y-Bwl – Pontyprodd – Maindy. Approx 50 miles.
