Club 10 TT – Round 4

Seven hardy souls including Matt Burns & young Dylan on a tandem showed up for a wet time trial last Friday night.  Despite the rain, which was truly miserable, the wind was down and some good times were recorded.  Dave Medhust managed a series best so far of 24’ 11” and there were other times in the 25 minute bracket.  Louis Adams reported a new PB for pulse rate of 217, taking his at home crazy turbo regime out onto the road.  With Bernard and Rob Morgan the only riders with 3 runs to their name, Bernard still leads but there are some good average times chasing up the rear.  Liz Webb is running proceedings this Friday 13th (maybe a fancy dress horror theme?) as Tony & Mick are at the Etape.  Anyone who can help with pushing off and at the Cowbridge turn, please let Liz know.
