All Ability Ladies Ride – Sat 20th May

All Ability Ladies’ Ride.

As usual, we’ll ride at the pace of the slowest and cover a distance of around 20/25 miles. Coffee, cake, chat and a warm welcome guaranteed.

You’ll need:
– a roadworthy bike;
– tools and spares, including inner tubes and a pump;
– a drink, a snack:
– a helmet;
– to wear appropriate clothing for the weather;
– a functioning rear light, just in case it’s dull and overcast;
– suncream (in case it’s not dull and overcast)  😛
