
Every Monday night we have our coached velodrome session at Maindy. During the Spring/Summer we host an additional Wednesday session. These sessions focus on improving your skills on the track and will consist of 2 speed groups, one quicker group riding at the top of the track, and a steadier on at the bottom.
These coached sessions give you the opportunity to improve your chain gang skills, cornering using the infield, as well as some fun structured work where you have to judge your effort (e.g. 2 mins on 2 mins off, 4 mins on 4 mins off etc).
These sessions are a great way to have an introduction to the club, have a chance to meet one of the coaches and get a feel for the club. To book on to these sessions visit out TicketSource page.
