From Monday 1st October Monday night training will commence on road bikes at the track in Maindy. Please arrive at 7:10pm. Cost is £2 per session. All welcome for speed and power training.
There are several members going to the bike show in Birmingham on Sunday so the numbers may be reduced. These are the provisional routes and groups for Sunday but may vary.
