Stephen Roche will be at Mud Dock Cafe in Bristol on Saturday 6th October signing copies of his autobiography and doing a Q&A session between 2 – 4pm. There will also be a bike jumble at the same time hosted by The Cheesy Riders.
Wednesday night winter training, on road bikes, has started at Maindy track this evening. It has been decided that the format will be the same as last year except that the first session will begin to cool down at 7:15pm whilst the next session can proceed onto the track to warm up for 7:30pm start.…

From Monday 1st October Monday night training will commence on road bikes at the track in Maindy. Please arrive at 7:10pm. Cost is £2 per session. All welcome for speed and power training.
