As usual the forecast is not great so again all rides are subject to change. There are 5 designated rides this week. Tim will lead Group 1 from Maindy- Treforest- Llantrisant- Heol Y Cyw- Cefn Cribwr- Pyle- Stormy Down- Merthyr Mawr- Ewenny- Coast Rd back to Maindy. 67 miles mainly rolling with 1 short climb.
