Winter track sessions at Maindy will commence on following dates – 1. Monday 8th September from 7:30pm. 2. Wednesday 10th September from 6pm. The format of these sessions are yet to be discussed but likely to follow same format as previous years.
Our monthly ladies rides have now been running for 6 months. Accordingly, they’re now a fixture on the Ajax calendar. The rides take place on the third Saturday of the month, leaving Maindy at 0930. The next ride is on Saturday 16 August.
There will be 4 designated groups this week but there will be other ride leaders on hand if the numbers are high and we need to split the groups. DAVE J will lead the Fast group from Maindy- Pontypridd- Cilfynydd- Merthyr Vale- Cefn Coed- Nant Ddu- Penderyn
